When can I expect my custom portrait?

Detailed portraits typically take between 2-6 weeks depending on size. Processing time for simplistic portraits/ornaments is between 1-2 weeks.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we offer international shipping.

Do you provide gift services?

We’re happy to accommodate gift orders. We can include a custom note at no extra charge.

What is the best way to send photos?

You can email photos to astrokeofmutt98@gmail.com. Please don’t hesitate to send multiples. Reference photos taken in soft, natural lighting are best so we can accurately depict colors and highlights. It’s also very helpful if eyes and noses are clearly visible.

Are your portraits and ornaments hand painted?

All of our products are 100% hand painted. No digital art here!
