Hello and welcome to A Stroke of Mutt! We’re so happy you’re here.
We’re identical twins/besties who share a love for art and doggos.
We’ve been painting custom pet portraits since 2017 when we launched A Stroke of Mutt on Etsy. Since then, we’ve painted hundreds of dogs and had the opportunity to connect with so many amazing people. We’ve worked with Instagram accounts such as @themittenmutt and @girlplusbulldogs. Check out our collaborations below!
Our happy place is the Gulf Coast of Florida. Some of our faves: sunny days, ocean swims, surfskating, coffee shops, fitness and healthy eats. :)

Our Mascot
We adopted our sweet Labbe in December of 2007. Molly was one of the reasons A Stroke of Mutt was launched almost 7 years ago. She was the inspiration behind our business and is featured in our logo. We had Molly for almost 17 years. Sadly, we had to say goodbye in October 2022. We think of her every day and are so grateful for the joy she brought to our lives. We’ve had the privilege of painting so many dogs that have passed on. Since experiencing pet loss, these commemorative portraits are the commissions that mean the most to us. So, here’s to you, Molly Queso. We love you always and forever.
